Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Are you like me and love all the desserts but they don’t make you feel very good? cheesecake, pecan pie and pumpkin pie are 3 of my favorites(thanks Mom ❤️) but the sugar makes me feel icky all day after.

There’s nothing worse than spending all day cooking yummy food and then either not eating any of it or eating it but not being able to enjoy the rest of the day. It may be just me, but I always forget how bad I feel when I eat sugar until after I eat it.

In the next few days I’m going to be posting my favorite sugar detox tips and I’ll be working on a sugar free dessert- hopefully to be perfect by Christmas!
